The adventure continues with an exclusive visit to the Yurbaco Archaeological Museum by its director, followed by a delicious break in a Republican house to taste cassava and traditional casabe panderitos while listening to the stories of the palabrero Obdulio. The big closure will be in the Botanical Gardens, where you will explore its nature with an expert guide and enjoy a refreshing final refreshment.

Be guided by the living history of Turbaco in the company of iconic characters who embody our past and our present. The starting point will be the main square, where we will discover the legacy of the Monument to the Yurbaco Indians. Here you will not only hear the story, you will live it! You will be part of an exciting interactive staging that relives the Spanish siege and the last moments of the celebrated cartographer Juan de la Cosa. After the dramatic denouement, you will join the historical procession to symbolically charge the character to his eponymous monolith, a monument full of mystique that was presented to Turbaco by the Spanish government. But the adventure does not end there: from there we will move to the emblematic Casa de Tejas, where we will open the doors of mystery to enter the old room occupied by the Mexican dictator Antonio López de Santa Anna himself.

This adventure continues to the Yurbaco Archaeological Museum. Upon arrival, your charismatic host Jacinta will welcome you and introduce you exclusively to the museum’s director, who will personally guide you on a fascinating journey through the immense pre-Hispanic wealth that this place holds. After connecting with its roots, we will move to a beautiful Republican-style house to indulge your palate with a traditional gastronomic experience: a delicious tasting of the famous yucca panderitos or the authentic turbaquero casabe, perfectly accompanied by a comforting panela water. While you enjoy this local delicacy, the endearing Obdulio palaver will take the floor to captivate you with his stories, narrating the secrets that keep the walls of this architectural gem and the daily experiences of a traditional family of the municipality.
