During a guided walk through the plantation and garden, you will get to know fresh ingredients and prepare the favorite dish of all Thais - papaya salad "Som Tum" - together with Poppy. About us:
We are Poppy & Katharina, a Thai-German couple.
Poppy is a passionate cook and diving instructor. At the age of ten, he started cooking under the guidance of his grandma.
Katharina – the cultural bridge of the duo – has lived and worked here for many years.
