Hi! I’m Paola, a certified Master Distiller and a passionate promoter of Mexican liquid heritage. I’ve spent years traveling to remote villages o track down the finest small-batch, independent distillates & liquors.

For me, Whiskey & Gin is not just a drink; it’s a sacred ritual, a family legacy, and a sensory journey. My goal is to bridge the gap between rural master distillers and curious travelers, breaking down the myths in a cozy, relaxed, and welcoming environment.
