Experience Himalayan Sound Healing beyond a traditional sound bath. Guided by a practitioner trained in Nepal, each session is offered in an intimate setting overlooking Hoi An’s peaceful rice fields — a unique opportunity to slow down, reconnect and experience the ancient tradition of Himalayan sound.

Meeting and pickup
Come to Ansen Le Spa Entrance. Your reception team will welcome you upon arrival. Mention your name and Viator Booking. Your team will guide you to the experience. Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled starting time
What to expect
The experience starts with gentle breathing and grounding to help you settle into the space. You will then lie down comfortably as the practitioner guides you through a deeply relaxing sound journey using authentic Himalayan singing bowls.
Unlike a traditional sound bath, selected singing bowls may also be gently placed on or close to the body, allowing you to experience their sound and vibrations more directly.
Throughout the session, you will be surrounded by layers of resonant tones and gentle vibrations designed to encourage deep relaxation, quiet the mind, and create a sense of inner balance.
The experience ends with a few moments of silence and integration, followed by herbal tea while enjoying the peaceful rice-field surroundings.
*No previous meditation or sound healing experience is required.
