Welcome to Morocco! Upon your morning arrival at Casablanca Airport, you will be greeted by your driver and begin a comfortable journey to Fes, the cultural and spiritual capital of the country. Along the way, you will enjoy Morocco's diverse landscapes and pass through traditional Moroccan towns and villages. In the afternoon, you will arrive in Fes and check into a traditional riad. You will then have free time to explore the famous Medina of Fes, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Wander through its ancient alleyways, visit colorful souks, admire the historic architecture, and experience the unique atmosphere of one of the world's oldest cities. We will be happy to provide recommendations for restaurants, panoramic viewpoints, and the most interesting places to visit on your own.
After breakfast, you will depart from Fes and travel toward the Sahara Desert along one of Morocco's most scenic routes. In the afternoon, you will arrive in Merzouga, where a camel trek across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi awaits. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to witness an unforgettable sunset over the Sahara. Upon arrival at the desert camp, you will be welcomed with a traditional Moroccan dinner, Berber music around the campfire, and the incredible star-filled sky of the desert. The journey takes you through the picturesque landscapes of the Middle Atlas Mountains, with several fascinating stops along the way. You will visit Ifrane, often referred to as the "Moroccan Switzerland," followed by the cedar forests of Azrou, home to the famous Barbary macaques. After a lunch stop in the town of Midelt, the journey continues through the magnificent Ziz Valley, one of the country's most beautiful oases, featuring thousands of palm trees.
After breakfast at the camp, you will begin an exciting 4x4 adventure to discover the hidden treasures of the Sahara Desert. The excursion includes visits to nomadic families living in traditional tents, fossil sites, desert oases, and Khamlia village, famous for its traditional Gnawa music. You will gain insight into the local culture and way of life while exploring spectacular desert landscapes. You may also visit the seasonal lake of Merzouga, depending on the time of year, and enjoy panoramic views of the golden dunes. Following the excursion, you will check into a comfortable hotel located at the edge of the Erg Chebbi dunes. Enjoy free time to relax by the swimming pool, admire the desert scenery, or simply unwind after your adventure. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast at your desert hotel, you will leave the Sahara behind and continue your journey through some of southern Morocco's most spectacular landscapes. Your first major stop will be the impressive Todra Gorge, a dramatic canyon with towering rock walls rising up to 300 meters high. Enjoy free time to walk through the gorge, take photos, and admire one of Morocco's most breathtaking natural wonders. The journey then continues through traditional Berber villages and picturesque desert landscapes toward the beautiful Dades Valley, famous for its unique rock formations, ancient kasbahs, and lush palm groves. Along the way, you will have opportunities to stop for panoramic views and photographs of the famous "Monkey Fingers" rock formations and the winding roads of the Dades Gorge. In the late afternoon, you will arrive at your hotel in the Dades Valley, where you can relax and enjoy dinner while surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. Overnight stay in Dades Valley.
After breakfast, continue your journey toward Marrakech through the scenic Valley of Roses and Skoura Oasis, known for its beautiful palm groves and traditional kasbahs. You will pass through Ouarzazate, often called the "Gateway to the Sahara," before visiting the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Ben Haddou, Morocco's most famous fortified village and a filming location for numerous international movies and TV series. After exploring Ait Ben Haddou, continue across the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n'Tichka Pass, enjoying breathtaking panoramic views along the way. Arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon or early evening and check into your riad or hotel. The rest of the evening is free to relax or begin exploring the vibrant atmosphere of the Red City. After breakfast, you will have free time in Marrakech before your departure. Depending on your flight schedule, enjoy a final stroll through the medina, shop for souvenirs, visit a local café, or simply relax before your transfer. At the scheduled time, your driver will transfer you comfortably to Casablanca Airport.
