We were given the audio guide to use. This was a great choice as it gave us the freedom to explore the Duomo at our own pace. Our ticket also included the crypt, underground and museum. Definitely worth visiting all of the places. The audio guides worked well in the cathedral and museum providing good historical information. Simran and the team were welcoming, friendly and helpful.
