Meet at the historic German Fountain for a scenic walk through the Historical Peninsula to the 1,500-year-old Little Hagia Sophia. In the peaceful courtyard of the ancient monastery, you will craft your own wooden masterpiece and brew traditional Turkish coffee in a copper cezve.

Our journey begins by marveling at the magnificent Little Hagia Sophia, built by Emperor Justinian 1,500 years ago. Right in its peaceful garden, inside the courtyard of the historic former monastery, our hands-on workshop comes to life.
Craft Your Own Wooden Masterpiece
You will select a wooden model of your choice and craft it from scratch under the expert guidance of our master artisan. No prior experience is needed—our master will support you through every cut, carve, and sand. As you create, enjoy a delightful spread of traditional Turkish tea, cookies, and homemade local delicacies.
A Musical and Cultural Intermission
Take a relaxing break to immerse yourself in local culture. Our master artisan will perform live music on the Bağlama, a traditional Turkish string instrument, bringing the authentic sounds of Anatolia to this historic courtyard.
Traditional Turkish Coffee & Final Touches
Next, you will learn the art of brewing traditional Turkish coffee in a classic copper cezve. Enjoy your rich, freshly brewed coffee as you add the final touches to your woodwork.
