Terms & Conditions
-Renters must be 23+; operators must be 21+ with a valid driver's license.
-Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
-A $1,500 credit card pre-authorization hold is required at check-in.
-The renter is responsible for damage up to $3,000.
-The renter's credit card remains on file and may be charged for time overages, -refueling, damage, excessive cleaning, and lost/missing equipment.
-UTVs must be returned topped off with premium (91) fuel.
-If recovery is required, the renter is responsible for a $500 recovery fee plus $95/hour, along with applicable damage and loss-of-use charges.
-If damage takes a vehicle out of service, a $100/day loss-of-use fee applies until it is returned to service.
-The UTV must be returned in the same condition as rented. The renter assumes responsibility for all damages, expenses, and costs resulting from non-return, including storage, towing, and legal fees.
-Travel outside Arizona, including Mexico, and riding in sand dunes are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate forfeiture of the rental deposit with no refund.
-Arrive early for check-in.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
-Because rentals are capacity-limited and scheduled in advance:
-More than 7 days before rental: Full refund
-7 days to 48 hours before rental: Refund minus 25% cancellation fee
-Less than 48 hours before rental: No refund, including reservations booked within that timeframe
-Cancellation fees are based on when the reservation is cancelled, not when it was booked.

RAIN OR SHINE: Extreme Arizona may cancel a reservation if weather makes riding unsafe, in which case a full refund will be issued. Otherwise, weather-related cancellations will not be honored. Guests are encouraged to check the forecast before booking.

Reservations may be rebooked to another date, transferred to another rider, or converted to a gift card at management's discretion.

By booking, I understand and agree to the cancellation policy and acknowledge that Trip Protection is optional and provides additional flexibility, including cancellation up to one hour before the ride when purchased.
