Enjoy the stunning natural beauty of Bariloche and the surrounding Patagonian Andes on a trekking tour up Bella Vista Hill (Cerro Bella Vista). With an experienced local guide, hike up to the summit of Bella Vista to be rewarded with spectacular views of Moreno Lake, Nahuel Huapi Lake and the snowcapped mountains. Lunch and snacks are included, as is round-trip hotel transport.

What to expect

Escape the crowds and explore one of Bariloche’s less-visited hiking trails on this full-day trekking experience. After a convenient pick-up from your hotel in downtown Bariloche, we’ll travel by private vehicle to the trailhead and set off into the native Patagonian forest.

This moderate-difficulty hike takes you through a spectacular landscape of native beech trees as you gradually make your way uphill. Along the trail, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the Andes mountain range, with plenty of opportunities to stop and take in the scenery.

After reaching the summit, we’ll take a break and enjoy a small included lunch surrounded by the spectacular mountain landscape. Then, we’ll begin our descent through the forest and return to the starting point.

Once the trek is complete, a private vehicle will take you back to your hotel in downtown Bariloche. The experience lasts approximately 7 hours from pick-up to return, depending on the pace of the group and trail conditions.
