Nahuel Huapi Lake Kayaking: Remote Beaches & Mountain Views

Your adventure begins in the morning with a transfer from your hotel to Bahía López, about 45 minutes from downtown Bariloche. This area is located in one of the most remote and scenic parts of Lake Nahuel Huapi.

Upon arrival, your guide will provide a safety briefing and explain the kayaking techniques and procedures needed for the activity. Once you are equipped and ready, we’ll begin paddling across the lake, surrounded by dramatic rock walls, impressive waterfalls, and beautiful mountain landscapes. With favorable weather and visibility, you may also enjoy spectacular views of Mount Tronador.

The kayaking journey includes approximately 4 hours of paddling, depending on weather conditions and the pace of the group. Around halfway through the route, we’ll stop at a secluded beach where you’ll enjoy a box lunch and have some time to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.

After lunch and a well-deserved break, we’ll continue paddling back toward Bahía López, enjoying the spectacular scenery along the way. Once we reach the starting point, our vehicle will be waiting to take you back to your hotel.
