The "Wine Accords" formula is the most complete experience offered by Domaine de la Higuère. It combines the discovery of the estate with a tasting of the whole range of wines and Armagnac, enhanced by pairings with cheeses, cold cuts and Gascon specialties artisan or homemade.
Founded in 1784 and carried today by the 9th generation of the family, Domaine de la Higuère produces its wines entirely on site, from vines to glass. This experience brings together heritage, gastronomy and family know-how to offer you an authentic immersion in the heart of Gascony.

What to expect
With the formula "Met-wine Accords", take advantage of a privatized tour of the cellars and production areas to discover the major stages of winemaking of the estate, from the winemaking room to bottling. The tour continues with a guided tasting of the complete range of the estate — 9 wines, 2 Flocs de Gascogne and 2 Armagnacs — accompanied by wine pairings around cheeses, cold cuts and Gascony specialties artisanal or homemade. The experience concludes with a complimentary bottle of wine.
Tours are offered in French and English all year round. During the summer months, they can also be organized in Spanish, Portuguese and Japanese, depending on availability. Do not hesitate to indicate the language you wish to use when making your Reservation.
Domaine de la Higuère also offers the formulas "Discovery" and "In-depth", to meet all the desires of discovery.
