    Explore Sydney, Nova Scotia, the historic heart of Cape Breton, as you begin your sightseeing experience. Drive through Charlotte Street, one of the city’s main streets, and enjoy views of the local shops, historic buildings, and downtown atmosphere. Continue through Wentworth Park, a beautiful green space in the heart of Sydney, before passing through the Membertou First Nation community, where you can learn about the Mi’kmaq heritage, culture, and community of Cape Breton. This scenic city drive gives you a great introduction to Sydney’s history, local culture, and Cape Breton’s Mi’kmaq heritage before continuing toward the Cabot Trail.
