Meeting and pickup
Pickup and drop-off are available from hotels, residences and other locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Please provide your preferred pickup and return addresses when booking.
What to expect
Select your event date, pickup location, vehicle type and group size. After booking, we will confirm the details and contact you if any additional information is needed.
2. Pre-event coordination
Before the event, you will receive your scheduled pickup time and chauffeur details. We account for expected traffic and stadium access so your group has plenty of time to arrive.
3. Private pickup
Your chauffeur will meet your group at a hotel, residence or other location within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Bottled water, charging cables and personalized welcome amenities will be prepared for your group.
4. Chauffeured arrival
Relax during the ride to AT&T Stadium while your chauffeur handles traffic, navigation and parking. You will be dropped off at the closest practical access point based on current stadium restrictions.
5. Dedicated event standby
Your vehicle and chauffeur remain dedicated to your group during the event. Personal items may be left in the vehicle, although valuables should always be carried with you.
6. Post-event pickup
Your chauffeur will provide clear instructions for the designated meeting location and remain in contact as the event ends. Stadium traffic and road closures may affect the exact pickup point.
7. Return drop-off
After meeting your chauffeur, your group will be returned to the original pickup location or another prearranged destination within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
