Offered in: English and 1 more

K'u' Áayin is a family conservation project in the jungle of Quintana Roo, where each visitor is welcomed as a guest at home to share the deep love and commitment we feel for this site. Each experience is lived in small groups, creating a close environment where learning arises from conversations, tours and shared time in nature.

Here you will find a private and safe space to connect with the jungle, discover its biodiversity and enjoy the peace, hospitality and tranquility that only a natural environment can offer. More than a nature experience, you will live a meeting with people who have dedicated their lives to protecting this place. We hope you will return home inspired, with a new way of valuing biodiversity and with the satisfaction of having contributed to conserving a site that today remains a haven for wildlife.

Thank you for being part of this story.

What to expect

Guardians of the Jungle Expedition (2 Days / 1 Night)

Live an immersive experience in a family project dedicated to the conservation of biodiversity in the Quintana Roo forest.

Our first activity will be the Interpretive Trail "El Caucho" (1.2 km), where we will cross a dense vegetation area and you will know some species such as the rubber tree and different types of palms, including the imposing Corozo. You will learn to interpret faunal traces and discover the importance of this ecosystem.

In the calm of the sunset we will tour the wetland by boat, while enjoying the landscape and the diversity of birds that inhabit the site.

You will participate in the talk "Discover the Nest" where you will learn about the history of K'u' Áayin, its origin, the challenges and conservation actions of this family project.

At dusk dare to live the experience of touring the jungle safely, accompanied by guides who will take you on an adventure in the dark, surrounded by sounds and species that observe us.

And, at dawn, a new expedition dedicated to birdwatching awaits.

It includes food, camping and time to rest in a peaceful environment.
