Pickup is available from PortMiami cruise terminals, Please verify your cruise ship’s assigned terminal before booking. Your driver will contact you before pickup with meeting instructions. Please have your phone available and ticket ready at the time of pick up.
IMPORTANT! Your selected pickup time is the beginning of a 30-minute pickup window. Since we collect travelers from different PortMiami cruise terminals, the vehicle may arrive at your terminal within 30 minutes after the selected time. Arrival times may vary due to port traffic and the order of terminal pickups. Please wait in the designated passenger pickup area and remain reachable by phone.

Drop-off point

We will drop you off at Miami International Airport, outside the terminal corresponding to their airline.
