  Upon arrival at Sveti Jakov Beach, guests will meet their local guide and receive a full safety briefing. You will be introduced to the water bikes, learn how to use the equipment, and get comfortable before starting the tour. The guide will explain the route, key stops, and safety rules to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. After a short introduction and practice session, the tour begins along Dubrovnik’s stunning coastline.

  Our first stop is the iconic Hotel Belvedere, an abandoned luxury hotel dramatically perched on the cliffs overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Once a symbol of Dubrovnik’s luxury tourism, the hotel was devastated during the Croatian War of Independence and has remained abandoned ever since. From our waterbikes, we’ll admire its haunting ruins while your local guide shares the fascinating story of the hotel’s rise, destruction, and abandoned legacy, surrounded by spectacular views of Dubrovnik’s rugged coastline.
