Unlike a classic wine tour, this experience is entirely guided by an Independent Guide whose sole objective is to make you understand the Alsatian vineyard in a simple, lively and accessible way. By connecting the landscape, the work of the winemaker and the wines tasted, you finally discover why each wine is different. With no commercial speech, no technical jargon and no obligation to purchase, this tour adapts to your level so that everyone, Newbie as an amateur, has a friendly experience that they will remember for a long time.

What to expect
We then continue in the cellars of the estate to discover behind the scenes of the production of Alsace wines. From harvest to bottling, I explain each step with simple words and concrete examples. Fermentation, rearing, yeasts or sulphites: we approach subjects often considered complex in a clear, lively and accessible way to all.
The experience ends with a guided tasting of six Alsatian wines, including Crémant, Riesling, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer. Here, it is not a question of reciting aromas or looking for the "right answer". I help you understand what you see, what you smell and what you taste, so that you can taste with confidence, find the wine styles that you like and make it easier for you to succeed in your future food and wine pairings.
