Sarajevo Self Guided Walking Tour and City Exploration Game

1 hour 30 minutes (approximately)
Offered in: German and 6 more

Sarajevo becomes an interactive treasure hunt. Most visitors see the bazaar and the famous bridge — this walk connects them into one story, at your own pace. Follow a route along Ferhadija, past the Gazi Husrev-Beg complex and the Markale market to the Latin Bridge, then across the line where East meets West into the Ottoman bazaar, the lunar clock tower and the coppersmiths' street, past the rebuilt City Hall and up to the Yellow Fortress for the view over the whole valley, and at every one of the 12 stops answer a quiz question you find in the surroundings — the clue is around you, not on a screen. Sightseeing, a continuous story and a light brain-teaser rolled into one, played at your own pace on your phone: in the browser with no account needed, or in the CityWalkGems app. No live guide: just open the link and start exploring. Finish at sunset on the fortress walls.
