* To ensure the perfect service, please inform us at the time of the Reservation: flight number, airline, date and time of arrival, full destination address and a WhatsApp number for contact.
* Each passenger can carry 1 basement suitcase and 1 hand baggage. If you are travelling with special baggage (surf pad, bicycle, wheelchair, baby cart or excess baggage), please let us know in advance so that we can provide you with the most suitable vehicle.
* Baby and child seats are available upon request. Please indicate the age of the child at the time of the Reservation.
* This is a private transfer service. The vehicle will be exclusive to you and your group, without sharing with other passengers.

What to expect
2. Flight monitoring: Our team tracks your flight in real time to adjust arrival time in case of delay or anticipation.
3. Reception: At airports (GIG or SDU), a receptionist will wait in the landing area with a sign on behalf of the main passenger. For boarding in hotels or addresses, the driver will be at the matched place at the scheduled time.
4. Transfer: After the meeting, the driver will help with the luggage and will head directly to the destination in a private, air-conditioned and comfortable vehicle.
5. Disembarkation: The passenger will be safely left at the hotel entrance, residence or address indicated in the Reservation.
