The traveler will not meet the driver directly inside the airport, as name boards are not allowed inside Istanbul airports.

After booking, we will confirm whether the pickup airport is Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), and we will send the correct meeting point instructions to the traveler.

At Istanbul Airport (IST), after collecting luggage, the traveler should turn right, go to Exit Gate 13 and go outside. On the left side after the exit, the traveler should look for the yellow “GUIDE 01” sign. The traveler must give their name and surname to the staff there. The staff will check the traveler’s name on the list and contact our team. The traveler will then be escorted to the -2 floor, where tourism vehicles are allowed to pick up passengers.

At Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), after collecting baggage, the traveler should exit the airport and walk towards Column Number 6. Opposite this area, the traveler will see the “TURSAB - MEETING POINT” building. The traveler should enter the building and tell the staff their name and surname, and say they came for “GUIDE 01”. The staff will inform our team, and our colleague will assist the traveler to the vehicle.

The pickup process usually takes around 10–15 minutes. If the traveler cannot find the meeting point, they should connect to airport Wi-Fi and contact us via WhatsApp.
