SERVICE AREA — ISTANBUL PROVINCE
Pickup is available at road-accessible addresses throughout Istanbul province, on both the European and Asian sides, including IST and SAW airports. The map radius is an approximate search area; the standard service is limited to Istanbul province. Locations outside Istanbul require a separate quote agreed before booking. Airport pickups carry the additional transfer charges stated below.
Please provide your exact pickup address, preferred start time and reachable phone number with country code. Your chauffeur will contact you by phone or WhatsApp before arrival. The service lasts for the 4-, 8- or 12-hour package you select; drop-off is arranged at the end of that package. For airport pickup, provide your flight number and scheduled arrival date and time. Flight landing time and pickup time are coordinated separately.
IST AIRPORT PICKUP — ADDITIONAL TRANSFER CHARGE
For all 4-, 8- and 12-hour chauffeur packages, pickup at Istanbul Airport (IST) is available at an additional transfer charge, separate from the hourly package price. Rates per vehicle/transfer in EUR, excluding VAT (European side / Asian side): Economy Van 40 / 45; Business Van 40 / 50; Minibus 60 / 75; E-Class 160 / 180; S-Class 320 / 320. Please provide your destination address and flight details so we can confirm the applicable transfer charge.
SAW AIRPORT PICKUP — ADDITIONAL TRANSFER CHARGE
Pickup at Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW) is also available for all packages at an additional transfer charge, separate from the hourly package price. The charge is confirmed with you based on the vehicle category and destination before the service.
What to expect
For the 4-, 8- and 12-hour chauffeur options, the time selected when booking is your requested service start time. The duration is the package you select. Please provide your exact pickup address and a reachable phone number with country code. We confirm the pickup details with you before the service; any change to the start time will be agreed with you. For an airport pickup, also provide your flight number and scheduled arrival date and time so we can coordinate the arrangements.
After booking, travelers provide their preferred pickup location, start time, planned route, and any special requests. The chauffeur confirms the pickup details by phone or WhatsApp before the service.
At the scheduled time, the chauffeur arrives at the confirmed hotel, airport, port, or address in a clean, air-conditioned luxury Mercedes-Benz van. Vehicle and license plate details are shared before pickup.
During the booked 4- to 12-hour service, travelers can customize their itinerary, visit multiple locations, and request reasonable stops within Istanbul. The chauffeur remains available throughout the reserved period.
At the end of the booked duration, travelers are dropped off at their preferred location within the service area.
