This is not a typical tourist attraction. Guests visit a real dog rescue shelter and spend meaningful time with rescued dogs who need love, attention, and socialization. Visitors can pet friendly dogs, learn their stories, and join a supervised dog-walking experience. Every booking supports food, medical care, shelter repairs, and daily care for homeless dogs at Island of Kindness. Donations are also welcome and greatly appreciated, but never required.

Meeting and pickup
Meet at Island of Kindness dog shelter near Kagan, Bukhara Region. Please use GPS coordinates 39°44'01.8"N 64°34'06.3"E. The shelter is near the railroad and does not have a formal street address. Please contact us before arrival to confirm the exact meeting time and directions.
What to expect
Guests will also learn about the shelter’s rescue work, daily care needs, and the stories of some of the dogs. This is not a zoo or entertainment show — it is a real rescue shelter visit for animal lovers who want to support homeless dogs in a kind and respectful way.
