What to expect

Welcome to Sushi Class!

Experience authentic Edomae sushi in a private Tokyo home, conveniently located near Tokyo Station. This small-group experience offers a personal and relaxed atmosphere, unlike large commercial cooking classes.

Learn traditional Tokyo-style sushi techniques from Satoshi Edomae Sushi Culture, including the use of authentic Akazu (red vinegar), a special ingredient rarely used in ordinary sushi classes. Discover the history, craftsmanship, and philosophy behind Edomae sushi while creating your own sushi with professional guidance.

Experience Schedule (Approx. 2 hours)

• Introduction to Edomae Sushi (15 min)
Learn about Tokyo sushi history and the tradition of Akazu.

• Preparation & Techniques (30 min)
Learn sushi rice preparation, ingredient handling, and basic knife skills.

• Hands-on Sushi Making (60 min)
