What to expect
FOR GATWICK AIRPORT PICKUPS, PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR FLIGHT DETAILS WHEN BOOKING. We monitor your flight and adjust the pickup according to the actual landing time. Your chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals hall at the designated meeting point with a NAME BOARD DISPLAYING THE LEAD TRAVELER’S NAME.
Please allow sufficient time for IMMIGRATION, BAGGAGE COLLECTION AND CUSTOMS when selecting your pickup time.
MEET & GREET AND 30 MINUTES COMPLIMENTARY WAITING TIME ARE INCLUDED FOR AIRPORT PICKUPS.
For London hotel/local pickups, 15 MINUTES COMPLIMENTARY WAITING TIME is included.
Your chauffeur will assist with luggage and provide a PRIVATE DIRECT TRANSFER to the destination address provided with the booking.
