You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

Canmore pickups are between 8am - 8:15am for the morning shuttle and 11:15am - 11:30am for the afternoon shuttle. Shuttle departs Banff at 9am or 12:15pm.

We will pick you up at the lobby entrance, campground entrance booth, or the street address of your Airbnb or Residence. The driver will be waiting for you with the lead traveller's name. You may also present your Booking Confirmation.

What to expect

Route begins in Canmore and stops in Banff. We leave Banff from the last stop at the public parking at the Railway Station, then proceed by Hwy 1 to Lake Louise with no other stops. The tour van picks up from your designated Hotel, AirBnB, Campground, or Residence. You are given 3.5 hours at Lake Louise to explore and experience the mountains. You return to Banff or Canmore by the same route.
