The sommelier will pick you up from your hotel and start the tour with a visit and tasting in the Freixenet winery. The sommelier of the tour will guide you throughout the journey, and in the cellar, the sommeliers of the cellar itself.

2Caves Anna d’ Codorniu
At Bodega Codorniu, you will make a complete menu of steps (Entrance, Main, Dessert), and then a full visit to the winery and its historical museum. The entire transfer will be guided by the sommelier of the tour, and in the cellars by the sommeliers of the place.

3Pares Balta
On this visit, you will discover the philosophy of biodynamic agriculture through a tour of the vineyards. In the barrel room and winery, you will be explained how wines and cavas are made, combining traditional and modern techniques. Then, in the tasting room, you will explore a wide range of aromas and flavors through a guided tasting of five DO Penedès wines and DO Cava cavas, all organically grown and made using biodynamic viticulture.
