Local welcome : Tasting of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) from the area with sourdough bread.
Tasting of 6 unique wines : Selection of small production and natural artisan wines most of them. You will learn their stories in a simple, entertaining and technical way.
Handmade pairing: We accompany each glass with select sausages and award-winning cheeses, such as the famous goat cheese with paprika and the traditional goat sausage.
Substitute lunch or dinner : For the generosity of the rations and products, it amounts to a full meal or dinner.
