Per US Coast Guard bareboat charter regulations, these fees must be paid directly to third parties and cannot pass through the hands, as this would be illegal.

All departure times are subject to availability and will be confirmed after booking. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time or offer a similar option.

2 Hours
Miami River Sightseeing Cruise — Depart the Marina and cruise the historic Miami River. Glide past luxury yachts, waterfront homes, working shipyards, and restaurants like Kiki on the River and Seaspice, then take in the Brickell and Downtown skyline from the water before returning. This trip is focused on views.

3 Hours
River and Bay Highlights — Same Miami River route through Brickell and Downtown, then continue into Biscayne Bay toward Star Island OR Marine Stadium. Extra time to see the waterfront from a different angle and get a taste of the open bay before heading back.

4+ Hours
Full Experience — River cruise through Brickell, Downtown, and Biscayne Bay, then drop anchor at Star Island OR Marine Stadium. Swim, relax on the floating mat, play music, and use two complimentary jet skis reserved for your charter. Longer bookings give you more swimming time.

IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT YOU CONTACT US BEFORE YOUR TRIP. U.S. COAST GUARD REGULATIONS REQUIRE THAT YOU PERSONALLY SELECT AND CONFIRM YOUR CAPTAIN IN ADVANCE. IF YOU ARRIVE WITHOUT A CONFIRMED CAPTAIN, YOUR TRIP MAY BE DELAYED 1–2 HOURS AND MAY REQUIRE A CHANGE OF DEPARTURE LOCATION. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION TO AVOID DELAYS.

Punctuality is mandatory. Late arrivals do not extend the charter time. Any time lost due to tardiness is forfeited.

Jet Skis are reserved in advance.

If guests arrive late and there is not enough time to use the Jet Skis, no refund will be issued. The Jet Ski cost is lost, as they are pre-booked exclusively for your charter.

Florida law requires all jet ski operators born on or after January 1, 1988, to complete a Boating Safety Test ($13.99) before operating a jet ski.

Fuel and crew fees must be paid in full, even if the full charter time is not used due to late arrival. These costs are fixed and incurred regardless of usage.

No-shows are non-refundable. If guests fail to arrive or do not show up for their booking, no refunds will be issued, as the funds are used to cover operational expenses, crew, marina, and reserved services.

All guests must follow captain and crew safety instructions at all times.
