Pickup details:

• For airport: Chauffeur tracks flight status and greets you at the arrival hall with name signage.

• For hotel/residence: Chauffeur greets you at the lobby.

• Vehicle Capacity Limits: Max 4 Pax + 4 Large Bags (28-30") + 2 Small Bags (20-24"), OR Max 6 Pax + 2 Small Bags (20-24"). Oversized luggage, strollers, or golf bags count as 1 large suitcase each. Excess luggage will require an additional vehicle at the customer's expense.

• Operating Hours:
Active Service Hours: 08:00 AM to 02:00 AM daily (No service available between 02:01 AM and 07:59 AM).

• Service Coverage Area:
- Available for Mainland Singapore & Sentosa Island ONLY.
- NOT AVAILABLE for Tuas area.

• Service Boundaries: Any bookings requested for charter times outside our 08:00 AM – 02:00 AM operating window will be declined to ensure strict chauffeur rest and service reliability.

• Please ensure your mobile phone with WhatsApp is active and reachable upon arrival.

2. Meet & Greet: For airport pickups, your private chauffeur tracks your flight and greets you at the arrival hall holding a name sign. For hotel departures and city pickups, your chauffeur greets you directly in the lobby.

3. Comfortable Ride: Relax in a spacious, air-conditioned Toyota Voxy/Noah premium MPV. Luggage assistance provided (if applicable). Enjoy a direct, smooth exploration of Singapore.

4. Custom Itinerary: Enjoy a 100% flexible, private charter in a modern Toyota MPV. Travel comfortably to your choice of locations across Singapore (e.g., Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, Sentosa, or corporate venues) on your own timeline. (Note: Walking tour guide service is not included.)

5. Clear Duration Terms: Charter requires a strict minimum duration of 3 hours. All extensions are subject to chauffeur availability and billed at our standard flat hourly rate (no package/volume discounts apply).

6. Seamless Drop-off: Safe arrival and drop-off directly at your specified hotel, cruise port, airport, or city location of your choice in Singapore.

7. Operating Hours & Late-Night Policy:
Active Service Hours: 08:00 AM to 02:00 AM daily (No service available between 02:01 AM and 07:59 AM).

Extensions & Late-Night Surcharges: Your initial 3-hour booking on Viator covers standard hours. Any trip extensions or hours operating (between 11:00 PM and 02:00 AM) are handled as a private arrangement directly with SV Rides at standard local rates
