• Vehicle Capacity Limits: Max 4 Pax + 4 Large Bags (28-30") OR Max 6 Pax + 2 Small Bags (20-24"). Excess luggage will require an additional vehicle at the customer's expense.

• Service Coverage Area:
- Available for Mainland Singapore & Sentosa Island ONLY.
- NOT AVAILABLE for Tuas area.

• Please ensure your mobile phone with WhatsApp is active and reachable upon arrival.

4. Custom Itinerary: Enjoy a 100% flexible, private charter in a modern Toyota MPV. Travel comfortably to your choice of locations across Singapore (e.g., Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, Sentosa, or corporate venues) on your own timeline.

5. Clear Duration Terms: Charter requires a strict minimum duration of 3 hours. All extensions are subject to chauffeur availability and billed at our standard flat hourly rate (no package/volume discounts apply).

6. Seamless Drop-off: Your charter finishes with convenient door-to-door drop-off at any location of your choice in Singapore.

7. Operating Hours & Late-Night Policy:
Active Service Hours: 08:00 AM to 02:00 AM daily (No service available between 02:01 AM and 07:59 AM).

Extensions & Late-Night Surcharges: Your initial 3-hour booking on Viator covers standard hours. Any trip extensions or hours operating between 11:00 PM and 02:00 AM are handled as a private arrangement directly with SV Rides at standard local rates

Service Boundaries: Any bookings requested for charter times outside our 08:00 AM – 02:00 AM operating window will be declined to ensure strict chauffeur rest and service reliability. Coverage: Mainland Singapore & Sentosa ONLY (NOT AVAILABLE for Tuas area). Please ensure your mobile phone with WhatsApp is active and reachable upon arrival.
