Walk through the sugar woods, learn how maple trees are tapped, see how sap is collected, and discover how it is transformed into pure Nova Scotia maple syrup. Along the way, you’ll see how traditional sugaring works alongside modern technology, including vacuum systems, sensors, automation, and IoT tools.

Maple Process Overview See the full maple journey from tree tapping to sap collection, boiling, filtering, and bottling. Tree Tapping Demo Watch how a maple tree is tapped and how sap flows during the maple season. Maple Forest Walk Take a short walk into our maple forest and learn what makes a good syrup-producing tree. From Sap to Syrup Learn how sap is stored, concentrated, boiled, finished, filtered, and bottled as syrup. Gift Shop and Q&A Browse our farm shop, see our maple products, and ask any final questions before the tour ends.
