Travel to Hirosaki and explore Hirosaki Park, home to historic Hirosaki Castle. Continue to Fujita Memorial Garden, a beautiful Japanese garden, then discover Hirosaki’s distinctive Western-style architecture. Visit Saisho-in Temple to admire its historic five-story pagoda.
On the return journey, stop at Roadside Station Namioka Apple Hill, where you can browse local products, Aomori apples, sweets, and souvenirs.
