Rather than simply travelling out and back, the experience is designed to take you on a complete journey around Porto Santo's coastline, giving you the opportunity to see the island's golden beaches, dramatic coastal scenery and crystal-clear Atlantic waters from the sea.

Along the way, your local captain and crew will stop at selected locations where you can observe fish and marine life, with opportunities to swim and snorkel in the clear waters, weather and sea conditions permitting.

Itinerary

Duration: 3 hours (approximately)

    After boarding the boat, your captain will welcome you and provide a short safety briefing before departing from Porto Santo harbour. You will then begin a coastal tour around Porto Santo Island, travelling around the island and enjoying its coastline from the sea. Along the way, you'll see Porto Santo's golden beaches, rocky coastline, clear Atlantic waters and areas that can only truly be appreciated from the ocean. During the journey, the captain will make stops at selected locations where you can observe fish and marine life in the clear waters. You'll also have time to swim and snorkel, with snorkelling equipment provided, weather and sea conditions permitting. After enjoying the coastline, swimming and time on the water, the tour continues around the island, completing a full circle of Porto Santo's coastline before returning to the harbour.

  • Choose the departure time that best suits your plans. Our morning coastal tour runs from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, while our afternoon tour runs from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Both sessions offer the same private 3-hour experience for groups of up to 8 passengers.
  • Our captain and crew can communicate with guests in Portuguese and English, helping both local and international visitors feel comfortable throughout the experience.
  • Your safety is our priority. All tours are subject to suitable weather and sea conditions. If the sea is too rough or the captain determines that it is not safe to operate, the tour will be rescheduled to another suitable date or time. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be offered.
