The Ice Tower Tour invites adventurers of all skill levels to scale stunning ice formations in Whitehorse. Equipped with ice axes, crampons, and harnesses, participants can climb the towers, explore ice caves, trek around the towers, and even take a zipline to descend (usually a late season addition!).
Each 2-hour tour includes instruction on ice climbing techniques by our friendly guides, with emphasis on safety and fun for everyone.
Enjoy campfire snacks, local stories, and prizes for those who summit the tower. This winter activity is a must-do when visiting the Yukon, offering a unique blend of adventure and family-friendly fun.

    Mount Sima Alpine Adventure Park is the Yukon's premier winter destination for skiing, snowboarding, terrain parks, lessons, racing, and family fun. The ski hill is operated by a non-profit and features a lodge and cafeteria warmed by a wood stove, upstairs bar, equipment rentals, and a variety of events throughout the season.
