A full-size luxury SUV, not a compact crossover. Room for up to six passengers and their luggage, so your group travels together in one vehicle instead of two.

Your chauffeur is assigned in advance. You receive their name, the vehicle description, and a direct contact number before your pickup time. Up to 45 minutes of complimentary wait time is included after you land, so a slow bag drop does not cost you extra.
We know Hartsfield-Jackson. We run our own booking and dispatch technology, and we know where the limousine pickup area actually is - which is not where the rideshare signs will send you.

Curbside pickup (all arrivals)
Domestic Terminal: after collecting your bags, walk to the South Terminal, lower level — pickup zone LS1 or LS2.
International Terminal: after clearing customs, walk out to the arrivals pickup area outside the terminal A1, A2, A3 & A4
Shortly before you land we will text you your driver's name and mobile number, and your vehicle's make, model, color and license plate. Call or text your driver when you reach the pickup zone and we will pull up to you.
Please provide your flight number and mobile number when booking. Your driver waits up to 60 minutes after your scheduled arrival at no extra charge.
What to expect
Select your destination area and complete your booking. Your fare is fixed at the moment you book — the price you see is the price you pay. There is no meter, no surge pricing, and no additional charge for traffic, tolls, or airport fees.
2. Send us your travel details
After booking, provide your flight number, scheduled arrival time, the number of passengers and bags, and the full address of your destination. Your chauffeur uses these details to plan the pickup.
3. Your chauffeur and vehicle are assigned
Your booking is assigned to a specific chauffeur and vehicle ahead of your travel date. You receive your chauffeur's name, the vehicle description, and a contact number before your pickup time.
4. Arrival and pickup
Once you have landed and collected your bags, call or text your chauffeur to let them know you are ready, then walk to the pickup area for your terminal:
Domestic Terminal — all pickups are at the South Terminal, lower level, in the limousine and black car pickup area, a short walk from either the North or South baggage claim. Do not follow the signs for Rideshare — they lead in the opposite direction. Call your chauffeur before you set off and they will direct you to the correct pickup point.
International Terminal — meet your chauffeur at the general arrivals pickup area.
Your chauffeur will meet you there and assist with your luggage. Up to 45 minutes of complimentary wait time is included after your flight lands.
5. Your journey
You travel in a private vehicle reserved exclusively for your party — never shared with other travelers. The route is direct, door to door, with no additional pickups or detours.
6. Drop-off
Your chauffeur takes you to your exact address and assists with unloading your luggage. Nothing further is charged at drop-off — your fare was settled when you booked.
