Before your trip
Once you book, I'll message you personally to confirm your flight and pickup time.
You'll get your driver's name, phone number, license plate, and an actual photo of
the car — so you know exactly who you're looking for before you land.

When you land
Your driver meets you in the arrival hall holding a sign with your name. Because I
coordinate from the US, I'm awake during Xi'an's late-night hours — so if your flight
is delayed or you arrive at 2am, someone is reachable and your pickup shifts with it.

The drive
Direct route to your hotel, about 50–60 minutes depending on traffic and where you're staying. Bottled water in the car. Your driver has 15 years of professional driving experience in Xi'an.

At your hotel
Help with your bags, and if you'd like, help at the front desk during check-in —
useful if reception's English is limited or your booking needs explaining.

Luggage
Ours is a sedan: comfortable for 2 travelers with 2 large suitcases, or 3 travelers
with lighter bags. Traveling as 4 with full luggage? Message us before booking so we can confirm it'll fit.

Going back to the airport

The day before
I'll message you to confirm your pickup time. If you're not sure how early to leave,
just tell us your flight time and we'll work backwards for you — Xianyang is about
50–60 minutes out, and we build in buffer for traffic. For international flights we
generally suggest leaving 3.5 hours before departure, but we'll advise based on your specific flight and the time of day.

Pickup
Your driver meets you in the hotel lobby at the agreed time — same driver, same car, same plate as your arrival, so there's nothing new to figure out. He'll help load
your bags.

If your plans change
Checking out early? Flight moved? Just message us. As long as we know in advance, we'll adjust the pickup time. No change fee.

At the airport
Your driver drops you at the correct terminal for your airline — not just the
main entrance — and helps unload your luggage.
