Escape the big city crowds and visit the scenic Dujiangyan Panda Valley (Chengdu Field Research Center for Giant Pandas). Stroll along peaceful bamboo trails to observe giant pandas playing, climbing trees, and munching on fresh bamboo in a natural semi-wild environment. Continue into the highlight Red Panda Forest, where cute red pandas roam freely among the trees and cross bridges right by the wooden boardwalks.

Explore Guanxian Ancient Town, a well-preserved historic district located right next to the famous Dujiangyan Irrigation System. Walk through the traditional Ming and Qing style streets, discover local street food, teahouses, and handicraft stalls, and stroll across the Nanqiao Bridge (South Bridge) to admire its intricate carvings and scenic river views.
