Meet at Duke Access Rd, Huntersville, NC 28078. Do not turn into the private driveway shown by GPS. Continue straight to the first gravel parking lot before the boat ramp. Look for our large black iKayakCharlotte trailer near the Neck Road Access Area sign.

What to expect

After check-in, guests receive their kayak, paddle, life jacket, and a brief safety and paddling orientation. They will then launch onto Mountain Island Lake for a self-guided adventure, exploring peaceful coves, scenic shoreline, wildlife areas, and nearby sandbars at their own pace. At the end of the rental period, guests return to the same launch area, where our team collects the equipment.
