Travelers meet at the departure location on West Broad Street in Richmond for a brief orientation, fitting for required helmets, and a hands-on vehicle safety walkthrough before hitting the road. The group will drive past iconic local landmarks, historic quarters, and scenic riverfront vistas while following the lead guide's path. Participants must be at least 25 years old to drive (depending on the chosen insurance coverage level) and hold a valid standard driver's license, as no motorcycle endorsement is required. Drivers should wear closed-toe shoes and weather-appropriate layers. The activity includes the vehicle, required helmets, safety gear, and route coordination. Required mandatory vehicle insurance and a refundable security deposit hold are excluded and must be paid directly on-site at check-in. Fuel costs, food, and personal beverages are not included, so bringing a small backpack with water and sunscreen is recommended.
