What to expect

Live an unforgettable culinary adventure in the heart of Cusco! Our experience begins at the historic and vibrant San Pedro Market. Accompanied by an expert, you will tour its colorful halls to discover the richness of our Andean supplies, from exotic fruits to the incredible variety of Peruvian potatoes and peppers.
Then we will head to our cozy cooking workshop, where the fun continues. To start with energy, you will learn to prepare two of our most emblematic cocktails: a refreshing Chilcano and the classic Pisco Sour, achieving the perfect balance between flavor and tradition.
Next, let's get to work with gastronomy: you will prepare a fresh appetizer to choose from a creamy Acevichada Causa, a delicate Tiradito, or an authentic Peruvian Ceviche. As a main course, you will master the stir-frying technique over fire to achieve an exquisite Lomo Saltado, whether with beef or juicy alpaca meat. A party of flavors!
