Meeting and pickup
Complimentary pickup and return are provided from hotels and accommodation within central Rome. At the confirmed pickup time, your English- and Italian-speaking driver-host will meet you at the property’s principal entrance or reception area beside a graphite-grey Bentley Continental GT.
The driver will also contact the lead traveller through the Viator messaging system or the telephone number supplied with the booking. Guests should be ready in the hotel lobby or at the agreed pickup point 10 minutes before departure.
Where traffic regulations, pedestrian restrictions, temporary road closures, hotel access restrictions or police instructions prevent the vehicle from stopping immediately outside the stated address, the driver will provide the guest with a precise lawful meeting point nearby before departure.
