Book York’s #1 adventure game and explore the city in a completely different way. Destination Unseen blends an escape room, treasure hunt, and interactive mystery into one real-world experience.
You’ll solve clues, inspect physical evidence, interact with your surroundings, unlock mini-games, and follow a story that leads you through real streets, landmarks, hidden corners, and local venues.
Unlike a standard map-based trail, each stage feels different. You might be cracking a code, following a lead, examining evidence, searching for a location, or completing a themed challenge.
It’s a playful, memorable way to discover York with your team, without being tied to a guide or a rigid tour route.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Your mission starts at York Tap, just outside York Train Station. After booking, you'll receive a WhatsApp message with instructions. Arrive at the meeting point at your chosen start time, send the activation message as instructed. Your handler will brief you and your mission will begin.
What to expect
Instead of following a fixed walking tour, you become the main characters in a story unfolding around you. You'll receive clues, solve puzzles, follow directions, complete challenges, and unlock different mini-games as you explore real streets, landmarks, hidden corners, and independent venues around the city.
Inspect physical evidence, search for details in your surroundings, interact with real-world locations, and piece together information as the mystery develops. Some moments ask you to crack codes or solve riddles, others send you hunting for places, making decisions, examining clues, or completing themed challenges.
Unlike other map-based adventure games, Destination Unseen is designed to feel more immersive and interactive. Each step reveals more of the mystery and moves your team closer to the final outcome.
It is ideal for couples, friends, families, and groups who want to discover York in a more playful, memorable way, without being tied to a guide or a rigid tour route.
