Fun walking tour for first-time visitors to Osaka who don't know where to go or what to eat, this is the perfect tour. A local guide born in Osaka will show you the best things to do, see, and eat! Approximately 2–2.5-hour walking tour
Along the way, I’ll introduce foods you should try when visiting Osaka, as well as some of the city’s unique culture, history, and local customs.
First, we’ll explore the Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi areas and make sure you experience the highlights! I’ll give you easy-to-understand recommendations for sushi restaurants, kushikatsu restaurants, ramen shops, okonomiyaki restaurants, and other local foods that Osaka residents love.
I’ll also take you to a department store basement, known as a depachika, where you can find a huge variety of Japanese soul food, sweets, and local specialties.
At the end of the tour, if you'd like, we can visit a restaurant where you can make and enjoy your own okonomiyaki or takoyaki together!

Meeting and pickup
The meeting point is at the Starbucks in front of Kani Doraku in Dotonbori. It is located next to one of Osaka’s most famous landmarks, the giant moving crab sign, so it should be easy for guests to find.
The tour ends near KUROMON market.
