For airport pickups, the driver will wait outside the arrivals terminal holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name. Please provide your airline, flight number, and arrival time when booking. We monitor flight status and include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after the confirmed flight arrival.

For hotel, villa, or apartment pickups, the driver will meet you at the main entrance or lobby at the confirmed pickup time. Please keep your phone available in case we need to contact you.
