    National Museum of Ethiopia is one of the most important museums in Ethiopia and a particularly good stop if you're introducing visitors to Ethiopian history, archaeology, and culture. The museum is famous internationally because it houses “Lucy,” the partial skeleton of Australopithecus afarensis, discovered in Ethiopia in 1974. Lucy — the museum's biggest attraction Lucy is about 3.2 million years old and was discovered at Hadar in the Afar Region.
