A vertical tasting requires an estate to hold back library stock year after year, which is why few offer one. Es Fangar pours either five vintages of Fangar · Elements Reserva from 2009 to 2013 or four of N'Amarat Gran Reserva from 2010 to 2013, side by side, so guests taste the same organic vineyard and the same winemaking across different growing years.

What to expect

Spend an hour with us, an organic wine estate in Felanitx, in the centre of Mallorca.
Your host guides you through the winery and explains how the wines are made here, from the estate's organic farming to what happens in the cellar. The tour is followed by a seated tasting of three selected wines from our signature range, served with an artisanal charcuterie board.
It is a relaxed, unhurried introduction and a good first stop if you are new to Mallorcan wine. No previous knowledge required.
