Es Fangar is a certified organic estate in the centre of Mallorca with a gravity-fed winery, where wine moves by gravity alone and never through a pump. This is the process-focused tasting: a detailed tour covering the estate's history and the full winemaking method, then five premium wines chosen to show what each variety does in this soil. For guests who want to understand the wine, not only drink it.

What to expect
Spend an hour at Es Fangar, an organic wine estate in Felanitx, in the centre of Mallorca.
Your host guides you through the winery and explains how the wines are made here, from the estate's organic farming to what happens in the cellar. The tour is followed by a seated tasting of three selected wines from our signature range, served with an artisanal charcuterie board.
It is a relaxed, unhurried introduction to Es Fangar and a good first stop if you are new to Mallorcan wine. No previous knowledge required.
