We explore working salt pans, look for wild flamingos and follow quieter routes into hidden green corners. Relax at a waterfall and, when conditions allow, enjoy a refreshing swim. Finish by the coast with sand beneath your feet and sea air around you. A little local surprise is part of the journey, and we keep one of our favourite stops a secret.
