What to expect

"Ichigo Ichie" means "once-in-a-lifetime encounter"- a philosophy your instructor treasures in every class they hold.
Wagashi is one of Japan's most beloved treats—soft, chewy sweets made from rice flour and filled with sweet red bean paste. Join a hands-on lesson at a home in a peaceful Shitamachi neighborhood, just a 1-minute walk from the station near Tokyo Skytree and Asakusa. With a minimum of 1 participant and a maximum of 4 participants, you'll enjoy making daifuku, dango, and warabi mochi in a cozy, friendly atmosphere using simple recipes you can easily recreate at home.
Take your creations home and sit down to sample them with traditional green tea.
