Explore a distinctive printmaking technique in a private, beginner-friendly studio session. Using a low-voltage saltwater electro-etching process, you will create your own aluminium plate, ink and wipe it by hand, and print 2–3 artworks to take home. Personal guidance is provided throughout.

ArchPlate Studio is located at Anchorvale Horizon, Sengkang. Please follow the address in your booking confirmation and message us when you reach the ground-floor lift lobby. We will meet you there. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.

What to expect

Join a hands-on introduction to electro-etching and intaglio printmaking at ArchPlate Studio. After a short introduction, you will create a design, transfer it onto a 4.5 cm aluminium plate, and etch it using a low-voltage saltwater system. You will then learn how to ink, wipe, and print your plate using a small printing press. By the end of the workshop, you will take home 2–3 original prints made from your own design. No previous printmaking experience is required, and all materials and guidance are provided.
