1. Airport Pickup – Da Nang International Airport (DAD)

DanangEasyRide provides a private airport pickup service to ensure a smooth and convenient arrival in Da Nang.

For Domestic Arrivals:
After collecting your luggage, please proceed to Exit Gate A4. Your driver will wait at the designated meeting point with a personalized welcome sign displaying your name, making it easier for you to recognize your driver.

For International Arrivals:
After completing immigration procedures and collecting your luggage, please exit the arrival terminal. Look to your right-hand side for the Star Cafe area. Your driver will meet you there with a personalized welcome sign displaying your name.

2. How to Meet Your Driver

* Please check your booking confirmation for your pickup details.
* Look for a welcome sign displaying the name provided in your reservation.
* Your driver will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your private vehicle.
* Your vehicle is reserved exclusively for you and your group. No other passengers will share your ride.

3. Flight Information and Arrival Time

Please provide your correct flight number, airline, arrival date, and scheduled arrival time when making your reservation.

We monitor your flight information to help coordinate your pickup. If your flight is delayed, rescheduled, or changed, please notify us as soon as possible through WhatsApp or the contact details provided in your booking confirmation.

4. If You Cannot Find Your Driver

If you cannot locate your driver at the designated meeting point, please contact DanangEasyRide using the WhatsApp number or contact information provided in your booking confirmation.

Please remain near the designated meeting point while waiting for our instructions. Do not leave the airport or take another vehicle without contacting us first.

5. Hotel and Other Pickup Locations

For hotel pickups in Da Nang or Hoi An, please provide the full hotel name and address when booking.

Your driver will meet you at the agreed pickup location and time stated in your reservation. Please be ready at the scheduled pickup time to help ensure a smooth departure.

6. Vehicle and Luggage Information

We offer private transportation with different vehicle options, including 4-seat cars, 7-seat vehicles, 9-seat luxury limousine vans, and 16-seat minibuses, subject to availability and your selected booking option.

Please select a vehicle suitable for your group size and luggage. If you are traveling with oversized luggage, strollers, or special equipment, please inform us in advance.
